We are not a chair brand. We are the factory that builds the tilt mechanisms, aluminium five-star bases and gas-lift parts that go inside other people's chairs. Seven mechanism series, five base series, all patented and tested to BIFMA load and cycle standards.
What we make
If you assemble task chairs, executive chairs or mesh chairs, these are the parts you bolt on. We supply them to chair factories as standard items or as private-label, drawing-built parts.
Synchro, knee-tilt, multi-function and budget mechanisms. 2.0–3.0 mm cold-rolled steel plates, standard 200/160 mm mounting pitch, tension knob and lock options.
Pressure-cast aluminium 700 mm bases (polished/painted), glass-filled nylon bases and welded steel bases. Ø50 taper column bore, Ø11/Ø10 castor sockets.
SGS Class 3/4 pneumatic cylinders in 100–200 mm strokes, plus armrest cores and connecting hardware — so you can source a complete chair-base kit from one supplier.
Stamped, welded and coated metal components built to customer drawings. The same press shop and tooling discipline that keeps our chair parts dimensionally consistent.

We have run a quality system since the early 2000s and earned the credentials that matter for export procurement. Where a certificate is genuinely ours, we name it; where a part is built to a standard rather than separately certified, we say exactly that.
National High-Tech Enterprise since 2009, with a provincial technical (R&D) centre recognised in 2010.
Quality management certified from 2002; environmental management from 2006.

OEM / ODM capability
Most of what leaves our press shop carries someone else's brand. We tool tension knobs, levers and base caps to your logo, paint to your colour, and pack to your carton spec. Bring a 2D/3D file or a competitor sample and we will quote against it.
