Gas lifts & other parts

Beyond mechanisms and bases, we supply the rest of the chair-base kit — pneumatic cylinders, armrest cores — plus the stamped appliance parts that keep our press shop busy and precise.

Complete the kit

If you are already buying our mechanism and base, adding the gas lift from the same PO means the taper, stroke and class all match — no integration surprises on your line. We offer SGS Class 3 and Class 4 cylinders in 100, 140, 160 and 200 mm strokes, with a Ø28 hard-chrome rod and the standard 2°/M (1:10) taper.

We also build armrest cores (fixed, 1D and 3D, PP over steel) and, through our appliance division, stamped and welded metal components for washing machines and white goods — drawing-built, typically held to ±0.2 mm on key features.

Common questions

What gas-lift class should I order?
Class 4 is the more robust standard for commercial seating; Class 3 suits lighter-duty office and home chairs. Tell us the chair grade and we recommend the class and stroke.
Can I buy a full base kit from you?
Yes — mechanism, five-star base, gas lift and armrest cores can be quoted and kitted together on one PO and packed as a matched set.
Do you really make washing-machine parts too?
We do. The appliance-components division stamps and welds metal parts to customer drawings. It is the same tooling discipline that keeps our chair parts dimensionally consistent.
