OEM / ODM capability

Your brand on our mechanism

Most parts that leave our factory carry a customer’s name, not ours. Here is what we can do for a chair factory or furniture group that wants a private-label component programme.

What "OEM" actually means here

For a chair factory, OEM is not a marketing word — it is a list of concrete things you need a supplier to handle. Below is what we take off your plate.

  • Private-label visible parts. Knobs, levers, base caps and cartons tooled or printed with your brand and colour.
  • Drawing-built parts. Send a file; we quote against it. We tell you up front what needs new tooling and what an existing tool covers.
  • Reverse engineering. Send a competitor’s sample; we measure it and propose a part that fits your assembly.
  • Kitting. Mechanism + base + gas lift + armrest, matched and packed together.
  • Finish to spec. Polish, powder-coat, paint or chrome to your colour reference.
  • Documentation. First-article reports, BIFMA-style test data and packing lists your QA and importer need.

Where we will push back

We would rather lose a line item than ship a part we do not believe in. If your target price forces a steel gauge that will not pass the cycle count you are quoting, we will say so and propose either a different design or an honest re-rating. The trade-off is always visible — that is the point of buying from an engineering supplier instead of a catalogue reseller.

Tooling

Customer & shared tools

New tooling on customer account, or amortised shared tooling for standard variants.

Packing

Carton & label to spec

Export cartons, inner counts, barcodes and labels to your importer’s requirement.

Export

Container logistics

FOB Ningbo/Shanghai; mixed containers for buyers ordering across categories.

Lead time

Set per part

Standard items ship faster; new tooling adds a sampling window we quote up front.

Start with one container. A mixed first order lets you validate fit and finish across mechanisms, bases and gas lifts before you commit to volume.

Common questions

What is the minimum order?
It is set per part, because a stamped armrest core and a cast-aluminium base have very different economics. As a practical starting point we usually talk in terms of one mixed container, and we will tell you the real MOQ for your exact item in the quote rather than quoting a blanket number here.
Can you build to our drawing or our competitor’s sample?
Yes. Send a 2D/3D file or a physical sample and we will quote a drawing-built or reverse-engineered part. We will also flag honestly where a small geometry change lets you use an existing tool and save money.
Can you private-label the visible parts?
Yes — tension knobs, levers, base caps and cartons can carry your logo and colour. The load-bearing geometry stays on our proven, patented platform.
Do you ship a complete chair-base kit?
We can kit a mechanism, a five-star base and a gas lift (plus armrest cores) against one PO, so your assembly line receives a matched set instead of three separate sourcing problems.
